Trust
Law firms and brokerages put their reputation on every conversation. These are the rules every Ativos system follows, on every call and every text.

Your virtual intake assistant or concierge never claims to be a person. On outbound calls it says it's a virtual assistant in its first sentence. On any call, if someone asks, it answers plainly. Every real conversation about a case or a property happens with you or your team.
Florida requires every party to agree before a call is recorded. Every call the assistant handles says up front that it may be recorded.
The assistant never gives legal, financial or valuation advice. It never estimates what a case is worth, quotes fees or commissions, or comments on deadlines. Those questions are passed to you, word for word.
Before we build anything, we write down your current numbers. After launch, we report your before and after, nothing else. We don't publish projections, made-up testimonials or results we can't show.
